Summary

Adds the off-chain operational components for the new mainnet WETH ARM.

Changes

• Adds Talos actions for:
  • Lido withdrawal requests and claims across stETH/wstETH
  • EtherFi withdrawal requests and claims across eETH/weETH
  • price updates across all four base assets
  • liquidity allocation
  • fee collection
• Adds disabled Talos schedules using the existing Lido and EtherFi cadence.
• Adds WETH ARM support to compatible Hardhat tasks using --arm.
• Uses the existing Lido and EtherFi pricing profiles within setPricesWETH.
• Splits multi-asset Lido withdrawal requests according to --max-amount.
• Adds USDC and WETH ARM contract dependency diagrams.
• Updates the Talos action documentation.

Operational notes

• All new schedules are disabled by default.
• Existing Lido and EtherFi schedules should be disabled before enabling their WETH ARM replacements.
• The legacy ARM actions remain available during migration.
