Overview of changes:
Adds an extra section at the end of the 3_Neural.ipynb which allows people to apply the model to their own data.
Rationale:
A nice optional extra.
Minimal example to check code:
This change should not disrupt the current notebook contents. However, if you want to run through the new section to check it works, you will need a .CWA accelerometer and .csv annotation file.
