Haven't smoke tested myself but checks out, if the game never had offsets supplied to begin with this certainly seems like it'd do the trick. |

Description of Changes
Use the same values as the US version, tested on SLPS-20122 and SLPS-20113, works fine.

Calibration is completely off by default.

Boot the Japanese version of Time Crisis II (or the "with Guncon2" variant), press the "Calibration Shot" button on target and check crosshair.
