Added '--extra extras' to the 'uv sync' command for documentation generation.

Numpy 2.1 changed variable name to shape. In Numpy 2.4 newshape is definitely removed
Required for newshape name change to shape in np.reshape Possibly later versions also allowed

Some minor changes, including keeping up with needless and arbitrary argument name changes in the world's most popular package that will break thousands of open source tools for no good reason (I'm looking at you numpy >:-\ )
