L'obiettivo di questo lavoro è quello di creare un knowledge graph in ambito giuridico per i casi di violenza sulle donne, partendo da sentenze emesse dalla Corte Europea dei Diritti dell'Uomo.
This repository contains the implementation of the methodology proposed in the bachelor's thesis in Computer Science by the student Rubini Giuseppe, matriculation number 739073, at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, under the supervision of Professor Claudia d’Amato.
The primary goal of this work is to generate a knowledge graph (KG) in the legal domain specifically addressing cases of violence against women. The KG is constructed using rulings issued by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) The methodology follows a bottom-up approach, meaning that knowledge is extracted directly from judicial documents before being structured into an ontology. The resulting Linked Open Data (LOD)-compliant KG provides structured, interconnected, and queryable data, supporting transparency and accessibility.
