Adds a Remio skill for using the Remio CLI as a local-first personal knowledge base for AI agents. The skill covers searching notes and indexed sources, asking RAG questions, reading parsed files, and handling the desktop-app prerequisite by directing users to https://remio.ai/ when the CLI or app is unavailable.
