This release fixes a few bugs and adds some documentation:

• Documents "fallback mode" in the readme for debugging
• Fixes bug with using themes from altair
• Fixes bug where passing a pandas chart into altair, after importing this package would raise an error. Now it simply falls back to the default rendering pipeline.
• Updates examples and github actions with new database hosts
