Problem Statement

Include all primitives and the following convenience functions:

• Addressable inter CX via bisection, using 2 transversal CX and 2 intra-block CX.
• Addressable H via: prep of |0>|0>, transversal H, then projection to |0>|+>, followed by Goto's Fig. 8A.
• Addressable S via: prep of |Y>|Y>, addressable or transversal CX, block measurement and addressable Z correction.
• Addressable T via: prep of T|+>T|+>, addressable or transversal CX, block measurement and addressable S correction.
• Addressable Sdg and Tdg by sandwiching the above with addressable X.
