Certain champions have no image

Whenever I try to pick or ban certain champions such as joy, viego, yone, yasuo, etc... the image of the champion doesn't show up and instead an empty image file appears. Is there any way to fix this problem?

I tried to reproduce the issue but to no avail... Do you have everything settled up correctly? Node versions etc?
I made one change to code just to keep try some fixes but only thing I could come up with is that maybe the raw.communitydragon.org was down or something was wrong with your certificate?

Is your DataDragon folder up to date? This is what fixed it for me back then when I had this problem.
