Relocates the AI Tire Advisor from a standalone card above the filters into the Filter, Sort, and Compare panel — right below the existing keyword search. Restyled the input to match the existing search bar conventions (same padding, border, focus ring, font size). Added a subtle top border separator and accent-colored label.
