Link AI tire chips to product pages and auto-flush AI cache - #131

Tire chips in the AI summary now link directly to the product/purchase page (opens in new tab) when a valid retailer URL exists. Chips without a link fall back to scroll-to-card behavior. An external link icon indicates which chips open a new page. Also wire up RTG_AI::flush_cache() inside RTG_Database::flush_cache() so AI response caches are automatically invalidated whenever tires are added, edited, or deleted. https://claude.ai/code/session_011d8iNG4mouR6uadMTPtWRR
