Adds trailhead to the Cross-Agent Tools section.
trailhead runs a project as a map of decision tickets on GitHub Issues that Codex CLI and Claude Code sessions share: the same tickets carry the discussion, the plan, and the verification, so either agent rehydrates from the ticket instead of the chat. The engine runs discuss → plan → execute → verify with atomic commits, an optional cross-AI plan review (the PLAN is sent to other AI CLIs on your PATH, excluding the host's own model), and a throwaway UI prototype step before UI code.
