Adds Session Orchestrator under Session & Workflow Management. It provides Codex-specific install and skill entry points for planning from repository issues, checked execution waves, and persisted session state. The project is free and MIT-licensed; this is a maintainer submission.
The description follows the current README and Codex setup guide. It does not claim mechanically enforced scope or destructive-command guards on Codex.
Checked the existing list and open/closed issues and PRs for duplicates. One README entry added in the documented format with the required star badge; git diff --check passes.
