Adds Orchestrator to GUI & Desktop Apps and increments the resource count.

Orchestrator is a free, MIT-licensed macOS workspace with a specific Codex integration through codex app-server. It connects repository browsing, task boards, Codex conversations, subagent inspection and local diff review, so a task can be followed through to the code it changed.

The current public beta supports macOS 15+ on Apple Silicon and Intel. A supported Codex account is required; provider costs and limits apply. The installers are not yet notarized by Apple. Claude and local-model integrations are planned, not current capabilities.

This follows the earlier suggestion in the Awesome Codex discussion, using the direct PR route described in CONTRIBUTING.md.

Validation: checked for an existing entry and duplicate PR; matched the one-sentence entry and flat-square badge format; verified the public repository, MIT license and current release; git diff --check passes.

Maintainer disclosure: I build Orchestrator. This submission was prepared with AI assistance.
