auto change conda env，Through read .conda_env
use this sh ,need first in your workspace to new a file named .conda-env. in this file, only the envname need. and then you must in your conda env to Newly built the same name env.
copy this conda_auto_env to your ~/.bashrc and source it
#finaly useless sh , conda is not good then pyenv
