Time limit for the demo service

Hi,

It seems that your demo service does not enforce any time limit.
As a example, this run (https://dspot-demo.stamp-project.eu/repo/perwendel_spark.git) has started more than two weeks ago, and it is still running.

Since it's a demo service, considering a time budget looks necessary (for example, a per job policy like 12h for each job, or per class like 1h for each class).

I think you are right, we should have used a time budget. I'll investigate how to solve this issue.

Can you check the current job? or kill it manually?
It is running from 2021-05-15 (about 3 months, or maybe the date-time of the server is out of sync).
