Add so that app-dicts/artha which is already in build.yaml will pull from there and build.

I don't think this works. I've previously had bgo-overlay listed in both layman overlay last and the remote_overlay list. Neither allowed packages to be built. Can you verify under the vagrant box in community-buildspec that this does what you want and comment back here? |
