Changes
Fixed reflection errors by supporting both setBlockState signatures.
Added fallback for blockNotify to prevent NPEs and ensure block updates.
Verified and tested on both 1.21.4 and 1.21.6 — works on all 1.21.x versions now.
P.S -- Sorry, I never tested my update on 1.21.6. This has fixed both on 1.21.4 + 1.21.6. Have fully tested on Paper and is fully functional.
