Brainstorm Adding Elements / Liquid to Cyphernode

to receive L-BTC and L-CAD payments, by putting a watch on the addresses and getting notified when there the L-BTC or L-CAD transactions are unconfirmed and confirmed
to send L-BTC and L-CAD payments
to query the L-CAD and L-BTC balance
pretty much the same thing as we do with Bitcoin

but...

L-BTC and BTC swap tool! if (x) btc received at address (a), send (y) l-btc at address (b)
Pegging out
Pegging out when balance is too low, and some other automation

Some thoughts

They already have the docker https://hub.docker.com/r/blockstream/elementsd
We only care about liquid so by default the configuration should always be liquidv1
