Binary files support, more security and .ecp extension

• You can now encrypt and decrypt any type of file, including binary files
• The password you use for encryption is now encrypted before its use, which makes the encryption more secure
• Encrypted files now receive .ecp file extension
• Performance slider is added, which allows you to control the resources used for encrypting or decrypting large files
• The operation can now be paused or cancelled
• The file selection isn't now always reset to C:\

This version of the application was submitted to summer competition 2020 on www.ict.social.

Bugfixes and minor improvements.

Typos fixed
Input fields are disabled when the encryption or decryption runs to prevent data change
The progress bar updates are now much faster, it updates only 100 times per encryption/decryption (for each % once)
