This PR adds labels for color axes and uses unicode symbols (± and greek letters) instead of parsng LaTeX expressions.
Effectively removes support for any python 2.X version. Examples are running, but plotting is not covered in tests.
@lschall @YannickDieter could you please test this branch wit some older analysis and check the plots for an additional sanity check?
