Summary of the Pull Request
This PR adds the hijackable DLL SystemSettings.dll.
A recent StrikeShark campaign reported by Kaspersky revealed the use of this DLL sideloading by SharkLoader. More details can be found here.
The use of this DLL was also traced back to at least 2023 : https://www.sophos.com/en-us/blog/finding-minhook-in-a-sideloading-attack-and-sweden-too
