fixes the heck of binaries used added the code to call the check back in executable_finder.py
Allows pointing of cfg path to global reports using the (global) wildcard
Make sure the "GLOBAL_REPORTS" exists (master depends on ExecutableFinder to create it)

unset os environ "GLOBAL_REPORTS" is the value set in the test
