this issue resolves problems on proxy servers that strictly comply with RFC 7230 and RFC 3986.
Our company operates a standardized load balancer.
Therefore, as multiple projects pass through it, this issue is strictly enforced.
Testing and operation have been completed in a separate fork environment.
