Replace KYA with the Terms of Use modal

Replaces the KYA modal with a Terms of Use modal.

Removed: useKYA, KYAProvider, KYAModal and the fate-kya-acknowledged key. No "KYA" string remains in src/.

New dependencies: react-markdown and remark-gfm (the latter so bare URLs in the document autolink). Socket will flag both.
