fix(engine): upgrade datamodel-code-generator to 0.72.0

Description of Changes

• Raised the minimum datamodel-code-generator[ruff] development dependency from 0.26.0 to 0.72.0 in engine/pyproject.toml.
• Updated the resolved datamodel-code-generator package from 0.56.0 to 0.72.0 in engine/uv.lock.
• Refreshed the locked source distribution and wheel URLs, checksums, file sizes, and publication metadata.
• Added platform markers to exclude the black and isort transitive dependencies when running on Emscripten.
• Upgraded the dependency to address the following Dependabot security alerts:
