- Download data (public link : https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1L319zAO5FazRr8S2OkYvuf6024juRTMA?usp=sharing )
- Change the home_dir path in the notebook to where you put your data. (home_dir = '/users/santoshp/standalone_IN_gnn/data/')
- Run the notebook IN.ipynb (Assuming that you have all environment already installed. eg: pytorch, pytorch Lightining etc.)
