🚀 New Release – Linux Support Added

This release expands the project to fully support Linux audio environments, in addition to Windows.


✨ What’s New

🐧 Linux Support

  • Added official support for Linux
  • Compatible with:
    • EasyEffects (PipeWire – recommended)
    • PulseEffects (PulseAudio – legacy)
  • Profiles are now usable across:
    • Windows (Equalizer APO / Peace)
    • Linux (PipeWire / PulseAudio)

🔄 Cross-Platform Compatibility

  • Equalizer profiles can be manually transferred between:
    • Peace Equalizer ↔ EasyEffects
  • Frequency bands and gain values are equivalent across platforms
  • Notes added to handle filter name differences (Preamp / Input Gain, Peak / Bell)

📝 Notes

  • Linux users are recommended to use PipeWire + EasyEffects
  • Always adjust input/preamp gain to avoid clipping
  • Profiles remain customizable per device and per application (Linux)
