Adds 52 keyboard navigation tests for forms (FormsList, CreateStreamForm, ContractCreationForm, FormField). Covers tab order, arrow keys, Enter, Escape, focus styles, and edge cases. All 52 tests pass, ESLint clean.
Closes #1024.
