Post-audit cleanup after the 233 -> 446 rate sync: - event-staffing-rate-index.html: 233 -> 446 measured markets (6 spots; rate tables unchanged). Source for the Squarespace page; needs re-paste to go live. - cli/package.json -> 1.2.2 so the npm CLI republishes with 446. cli/index.mjs rebuilt + verified (gitignored). Publish: npm run build:cli && cd cli && npm publish. - toolbox tracker: correct the awesome-mcp-servers entry (punkpeye #7373 merged; the "appcypher #7373" reference never existed / 404). Out-of-tree: deleted the superseded okf-knowledge-bundle branch.
