It would be worth a designer reviewing the 'UI Tests' on Chromatic as it looks like we've inherited a minor visual change from GDS. (Seems they've removed some whitespace.) It looks fine to me... |

Just had a quick look through, should there not be some changes to the lock files too? |

No. The canonical version of the lock-file is managed by the CI system, after merging. See: https://github.com/UKHomeOffice/design-system/blob/master/.github/actions/update-built-files/action.yml Doing so allows us to avoid merge conflicts, which can be confusing for less technical contributors. |

Updates the underlying React component library, NotGovUK, to v0.16.3.
Also adds a Bash script to make future updates easier. (Basically, it makes sure that the
peerDependenciesare caught.)
