Refactor the preview start computation into a
TSong.GetPreviewStarthelper function for preview seek computation.We keep
#PREVIEWSTARTas an absolute audio position but when no explicit preview is set, we compute the fallback preview inside the effective audio window defined by#STARTand#END. Fixes #1353.I don't have a file in my collection to test this properly.
