Why
This adds a dedicated specialist for prompt refinement and instruction optimization. It improves weak drafts by restructuring them into cleaner, more deterministic prompts with better task framing, clearer constraints, and reduced ambiguity. It complements the existing prompt-engineer by focusing specifically on prompt upgrading and transformation for higher-quality downstream outputs.
