Add Morocco National Crop Statistics (FAOSTAT 1961–2023) to CY-Bench

Description

This pull request adds a new national-level dataset for Morocco derived from FAOSTAT (QCL domain: Production – Crops and Livestock Products). The dataset covers 1961–2023 and includes yield (t/ha), production (t), and harvested area (ha) for seven major crops: wheat, barley, maize, green maize, rice, soybean, and sugarcane.

Main Updates

• Created new folder: data_preparation/crop_statistics_MA/
  • Added data file: crop_yield_morocco_national.csv
  • Added README.md describing source, format, and license
  • Added script: faostat_qcl_morocco_to_cybench.py (FAOSTAT → CY-Bench format)
• Updated root README.md: Added Morocco row in Deciphering crop names table
