Adds a beginner-friendly WalletConnect v2 example to the README, demonstrating how to install dependencies, initialize the client, open the modal, and retrieve the connected Ethereum address in a basic JavaScript setup.

This improves onboarding for new developers by clearly documenting the core connection flow and providing a practical, minimal example for getting started with the WalletConnect monorepo.

Thanks for the review! I've added a beginner-friendly WalletConnect v2 example to the README with clear steps for installing dependencies, initializing the client, opening the modal, and retrieving the connected Ethereum address.

Let me know if you'd like any adjustments or additional examples added.
