The Notification which came up each time the form was minimized now only comes up the first time the user minimizes the application. I implemented this feature because there should not be a notification each time the user logs into their system.
This feature works similar to the notification which comes up the first time the app is closed. The first time the window is minimized that info gets saved in the bool UserEducated2.
