Poky upstream commit https://git.yoctoproject.org/poky/commit/?h=kirkstone&id=29f64c072cccf826b2f4d5120206d536e1420a4c ("openssl: Move microblaze to linux-latomic config") is included in latest Yocto Kirkstone release 4.0.10 and takes care of the issue, so remove the override which is no longer necessary.
