SkillPulse is a local-first prototype. It reads local Codex and Agent Skill metadata and usage traces to build a dashboard.

Please do not publish private session databases, logs, exported reports, or generated annotation files unless you have reviewed and intentionally sanitized them.

If you find a security issue, open an issue with a minimal reproduction and avoid posting private local data.
