• Work off a Resource Listing not a single API Declaration

  I don't particularly want to make this the 1.0.0 release, given that the library is still coming together, but we might set aside an 0.5 release for it. Basically we need to stop assuming we're only dealing with one API Declaration. Should chiefly involve changes to how we load schemas and how we validate against the Swagger specification.
