• Fix ffmpeg zombie process that were floating around even it's stream is no longer needed
• Fix major bug where playing ReadStream does not respond at all after 3a05201 commit
• prism-media is buggy. Write own ffmpeg handler.

CLI Utility is removed due to outdated code, and will be back in some versions.

Several changes that were made.

- Rewrite README.
- Implemented Video support
- We're now only need ffmpeg.

For some reasons, We removed OpenRadio CLI. But don't worry, We will implement them back.
