[BUG] : Can't access any version i download

Issue encountered

Whenever i try to install any version through BSManager it doesn't show up in the menù on the left, the only one i see is the current i have installed on steam, and i also tried to uninstall BSManager and some times i couldn't even see the current version installed with steam. I also tried to open the BSManager folder, and in the instances i can see the versions that i tried to install, so i tried to open the game from there but it only boot an unmodded version.

Expected Behavior

On the left hand side of the BSManager app, there is the "shared" contents, under that should be my version (1.40.8) but that section is now blank i can only see my current version installed with steam.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open BSManager app.
2. Notice any version that i downloaded are missing.
   3., Try to redownload version.
3. Version finishes downloading then immediately disappears.
4. No option to launch the game through the app.

Update: try opening BSManager as administrator, it solved it for me

Actualización: intente abrir BSManager como administrador, lo resolvió para mí

mi problema es que pongo a descargar una version y quedan los dos cuadrados girando, como si se quedara pensando
como se ve en esta imagen ⬇️

si conoces la solcion te agradeceria que me la digas
