April 1 Update. Cruise Control No Longer Works in Planes.

Description:
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

After the update on April 1, the cruise control no longer works in planes. It generates an error every single time.

Steps to reproduce:
Follow this flowchart!

1. Place Plane on Runway
2. Start Plane then Throttle Up
3. Press insert for Cruise control then see error message.

Expected behavior:
The plane should be able to regulate its speed.

Where did the issue occur?
