Per Tom's discussion with Ladan last year, dates updated for SIGSOFT awards. Nomination deadline Oct 21, 2024 (3rd Monday); full submission November 4, 2024 (2 weeks later). Dissertation date range updated to be 1 year before November 4, 2024.
