Revert Glama badge URL to old slug - #28

Glama still indexes this server under `recon-crypto-mcp` (pre-rename). Until they re-crawl the renamed GitHub repo, the `vaultpilot-mcp` URL 404s. Keep the display label, point the URL at the working slug. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Glama has now indexed the renamed server under the new slug; the `vaultpilot-mcp` URL returns 200. Reverts the temporary fallback from PR #28. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
