Adds KongFangXun/sofagent to the Governance Frameworks section (alphabetical order, between ScopeBlind and TrinityGuard).

Disclosure: this is a self-submission. I am the author and maintainer of sofagent, submitting it from my own account (KongFangXun). Happy to provide any additional verification if needed.

sofagent is an open-source harness for governing AI coding agents: ontology-driven workflows plus 24 commit-time audit rules over git diffs (secrets, out-of-scope edits, blind modifications, prompt injection), HMAC-signed tamper-evident audit history, and MCP tools for governance aggregation. MIT licensed, TypeScript.

Related listings: punkpeye/awesome-mcp-servers #13312, Glama.

Single-line change to README.md only.

The project checks out and I want it listed. One thing to add first.

What I verified rather than took: the repository exists, is MIT, is TypeScript, was created in June and pushed today, and carries 41 stars. The account has been active since 2013. The structure matches the description.

Please disclose the self-submission. You are submitting KongFangXun/sofagent from the KongFangXun account. Self-submission is explicitly fine here and I merge disclosed ones regularly; what the list needs is that the relationship is stated in the PR rather than inferred by a reviewer from the URL. One sentence is enough, along the lines of "Disclosure: I maintain this project."

The reason it is not optional, even when the relationship is obvious: a reviewer who has to work it out is a reviewer who then has to work out whether it was being hidden. Volunteering it costs a line and removes the question.

Noting that you already disclosed the parallel submission to punkpeye/awesome-mcp-servers. Multi-list submission of the same entry is normal author behaviour and not a flag, and mentioning it unprompted is the right instinct. This is the same instinct applied one step earlier.

Add the line and I will merge it.

Thanks for the thorough review! Disclosure added to the PR description: I'm the author and maintainer of sofagent, submitting from my own account (KongFangXun) — a self-submission, disclosed as required. Ready for another look whenever convenient.

Condition met — the disclosure line was added at 04:55, eight minutes after the review, and nobody came back to it. That's on us, not you.

@imran-siddique asked for one thing and got exactly it. Merging.

Thanks also for flagging the parallel awesome-mcp-servers submission unprompted — that instinct is the reason this was a one-round review.

Dismissing as satisfied, not as overruled. The requested change was 'Add the line and I will merge it'; the disclosure line was added to the PR body at 04:55 UTC, eight minutes after this review, and no one re-reviewed. Aaron confirmed the condition was met and authorised the merge. Recorded here rather than force-merged so the reason is on the record. — @imran-siddique for visibility.
