This detects a kill signal and logs it.
I plan to use this in staging to confirm that downscaling on rancher is definitely causing SIGTERM signals to be sent to the AC, resulting in InitErrors being logged with the website.
If this all checks out, we can potentially omit the logging of a result when this happens.
