Use-case:

Favicons next to URIs in menus
Required for Rework completion behaviour/apearance #27

Considerations:

Should cells of the same column be of the same type? (Probably)
If favicons and URIs are in separate columns, how to position title row text?
- Adding rowspan could add extra complexity.
