Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk. App: Meshroom.exe Publisher: Unknown Publisher

If you downloaded Meshroom from the official channels, there is nothing to worry. The release was not signed with a certificate, therefore the SmartScreen cannot verify the publisher. (Developer certificates are expensive) You can proceed by clicking on "Run Anyway". (On some machines, you may be required to allow running applications from untrusted sources or to unblock the app if you are on a system managed by your IT departement.)
