• **tooling:**unify linting under eslint-plugin-jsonc and clear all config warnings (#16) (ad21087)

Swap out prettier-package-json for eslint-plugin-jsonc so that package.json key
ordering, JSON sort-keys, and CSS baseline rules all run through a single yarn lint
pass — no more separate format-check step in CI. Removes lint-staged.config.js (config
moves inline to package.json) and cleans up the downstream warnings it exposed: bare
code fences in design-system reference docs, [AA]/[AAA] label escaping, taxonomy heading
levels, and dead caching imports in gh-notification-summary.
