This PR successfully updates the google-genai dependency from 1.38.0 to ≥1.50.0 and adds support for extracting reasoning content from Gemini responses. The implementation includes:
- Updated dependency constraint to
google-genai>=1.50.0 - New
_extract_gemini_text_and_reasoning()function to handle thought/reasoning parts in responses - Integrated reasoning content extraction across all Gemini provider methods
- Added
silence_noisy_third_party_loggers()call in CLI and GeminiProvider initialization - Updated logging configuration to include new google-genai logger names
The changes are well-structured and maintain backward compatibility. All modifications correctly implement the new API features without introducing breaking changes.
